The Nose And Sinuses
The nose is the primary organ of smell and an important part of the respiratory system, alongside the mouth. It enables us to breathe and plays a role in hearing and taste.
The sinuses are a connected group of hollow cavities located above, below, between and behind the eye socket. Their function is not completely understood but they are prone to infection. When this happens, the lining of the sinuses can become inflamed, causing increased mucus production and a build-up of pressure.
Nose and sinus conditions are extremely common and can be due to a number of factors commonly related to inflammation, congestion or septal abnormalities. We offer a range of minimally invasive treatments using leading technology to give you the best outcomes possible.
